Het is een ontzettend dik boek vol met platen van al haar eerdere boeken. Dus hier staat echt vanalles wat in. Kon je geen keuze maken tussen al haar boeken en wil je eerst eens snuffelen in haar werk? Nou dan is dit je kans. De zachte kaft is glossy en staat haar eigen mooiste werk op verwerkt. Er staat echt vanalles in, van Victorian tot dieren, van kerst tot elfjes en van lekkere dingen tot prachtige portretten. Dus hou je van variatie dan is dit boek ook echt wat voor jou. Part 2 is uitgebracht in 2 varianten, de line art en de greyscale.

It is a very thick book full of pictures from all her previous books. So there is really something in here. Couldn't you make a choice between all her books and would you first like to browse through her work? Well then this is your chance.
The soft cover is glossy and has her own most beautiful work on it.
It really contains everything from Victorian to animals, from Christmas to elves and from tasty things to beautiful portraits.
So if you like variety, then this book is really something for you. Part 2 has been released in 2 variants, the line art and the greyscale.
Mijn eerste plaat wat een portret oorspronkelijk uit het boek Ladies of Nature. De herfst was net begonnen dus dat leek me wel een mooie om mee te beginnen. Ik heb deze plaat gekleurd met Polychromos potloden. De achtergrond is nog steeds een dingetje voor me en ben hiermee dus echt niet tevreden.
My first coloringpage is a portrait originally from the book Ladies of Nature. Autumn had just begun, so I thought that would be a good start.
I colored this plate with Polychromos pencils. The background is a thing for me and I'm really not satisfied with this. 
De tweede plaat die ik uitkoos was de kat tussen de bloemen. Deze plaat is ook gekleurd met Polychromos potloden. Aangezien de vorige achtergrond niet goed gelukt was heb ik het daar maar bij gelaten.
The second plate I chose was the cat among the flowers. This plate is also colored with Polychromos pencils. Since the previous background was not successful I left it at that.
Inmiddels ben ik begonnen aan de 3de plaat. Een prachtig portret in Victoriaanse stijl.
In the meantime I have started on the 3rd page. A beautiful portrait in Victorian style.
Om eens te laten zien hoe ik te werk ga hierboven 2 beginstukken. Eerst breng ik de donkere kleur/tint aan. Daarna de lichtere tint, heel lichtjes. Dan ga ik het geheel blenden met een wit potlood, zie rechter mouw. Dan vloeien de kleuren in mekaar over. Aan de foto's valt duidelijk te zien hoe goed je met potloden op dit papier kan werken. Hier is amper druk op de kleurpotloden geweest. Het witte potlood dat ik altijd gebruik voor te blenden is Prisma colors 938.
To show you how I work above 2 initial pieces. First I apply the dark color / shade. Then the lighter shade, very light. Then I blend the whole with a white pencil, see right sleeve. Then the colors blend into each other.
The photos clearly show how well you can work with pencils on this paper. There has hardly been any pressure on the colored pencils here. The white pencil that I always use for blending is Prisma colors 938.
